1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Florida Airport Car ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Florida Airport Car is a reservation platform that connects passengers seeking airport transportation with vetted affiliate transportation providers. The Service facilitates booking requests, bidding by affiliates, and secure payment processing. Florida Airport Car does not operate vehicles or employ drivers directly — all transportation is provided by independent affiliates.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Affiliate Providers

Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees of Florida Airport Car. Affiliates are responsible for maintaining proper licensing, insurance, and Department of Transportation compliance. Florida Airport Car screens affiliates but does not guarantee the performance of any affiliate.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Florida Airport Car does not store credit card information. By accepting a bid and completing payment, you authorize Stripe to charge the agreed amount. Your use of Stripe is also governed by Stripe’s Services Agreement. Cancellation and refund policies are determined per reservation and displayed at the time of booking.

6. Limitation of Liability

Florida Airport Car is not liable for delays, accidents, or damages arising from transportation services provided by affiliates. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our data practices.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
